RETURN POLICY: (Online orders must have receipt and will be refunded via cash, check, or electronically per owner discretion, i.e. venmo, paypal, zelle, etc. In-salon purchases will be refunded back to original payment type.):
Product Returns: New, used, damaged or defective products can be returned to salon for a refund of purchase price within 60 days of purchase date.
Tool Returns: New, unused tools (dryers, irons, etc.) can be returned to salon for refund of purchase price within 60 days but must have original box/packaging and be in re-sellable condition. Used/opened tools may be returned to salon for refund of purchase price (less 20% stocking fee) within 12 days of purchase date and must have original packaging.
Final Sale/Non-Refundable Items: Body products (soap, lotion, fragrance, etc.), combs/brushes/clips, clearance items, boxed/gift sets, seasonal items, shipping charges.
